ALL PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM FO A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER.
GGH MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES IN THE SITE AT ANY TIME. IN NO EVENT SHALL GGH BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANYWAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE SITE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SITE, YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.
