Lactuca sativa. Green Butterhead. Geographical Origin: Netherlands
A large size light and medium green butterhead lettuce with uniform head shape and excellent color in warm conditions. Leaves are smooth, heads are slow bolting with a good broad frame and strong resistance to burn. Seeds were imported from the Netherlands. Lettuce grown in a hydroponic greenhouse in Newberg, Oregon.
Please Note: Our seeding schedule is every Wednesday starting April 1, 2026. If anyone wishes to order more than 200 heads of lettuce, an order must be placed 8 weeks ahead of the delivery date. (For example, for a delivery date of June 1st, 2026 for 200 heads of lettuce, must place the order before April 1st)- 9-10 weeks growing time in Fall (Sep-Nov) and 11-12 weeks growing time in Winter (Dec-March).
